Pompano beach looks beautiful, even got an area to work out in, not quite the muscle beach they got in LA, but apart from that it looks like it's got everything you'd need for a fantastic day out
It's OK, alot of crime that is keep hidden but again of course it would be , it's a tourist town.

I like Pompano Beach but it’s nothing like Hallandale Beach, It so much to do nice restaurants and Bars and great Hotels. ✅
Hallandale is lovely FTK but they re-did Pompano with the pier and restaurants and tiki bar so it's very nice and a great beach
Heading to Fort Lauderdale end of February and I will definitely check out Pompano Beach and dine at the Oceanic Restaurant.

How about a tour of Deerfield Beach?
Don if you're going to Lauderdale there's a cool boutique hotel on what's called the Galt Ocean mile (check out my livestream playlist and look for Lauderdale by the Sea) where Dennis Rodman hangs out and smokes his cigars. It's called Ocean Manor and unlike a lot of Lauderdale hotels, it's on the sand with a great tiki bar and a lot of action.

Great video. I’ve been out to Pompano a couple times right before the Rona virus. I fell in love with it. There are a lot of great restaurants around the intercostal as well. The ocean is warm enough to swim year round not like here in California where it’s always freezing cold.

I moved to Brickell area in Miami over a year ago. It was exciting and fun in the beginning but I am disliking this area now with the pandemic situation. Looking into moving to other ‘beach towns’ and want to stay away from urban areas. This video is really useful
Thanks Dhyana! I don't blame you one bit. Brickell and Miami Beach are a little worrisome because of the flooding potential. They have a good pumping system in place but I just think it's a bit vulnerable. Many are moving to less populated beach towns up north. Once sleepy Vero Beach is pretty popular now. I liked Lake Worth and Lantana by the beach, nice vibe up there. Thanks for the kind words! 😎

I live in Pompano Beach and its nothing to do, I rather live in Hallandale Beach, its more jobs and the beach is peaceful with nice restaurants.
Yowza! What a great walk around of PB and the beautiful beach. T&T fishermen on the pier, really cool guys. The monkey bars may be for actual monkeys-spacing way to wide for peeps. Another awesome look at south Florida’s best spots to hangout. Well done bro-ce-phus!

I lived just north of the pier for 10 years. They're tearing down the building I lived in to build a new high-rise we moved to Pensacola

@@BarefootVlogger yes we lived at 900 North Ocean Boulevard. It's called beach villas all the owners sold out and have till June to vacate the property. We left last December check out the renderings online of what they're going to build their they've also Broken Ground just North same side of the road on another one of their projects

Really loved going to Pompano Beach, my girlfriend and I are considering moving there we’re both 28. One thing we are concerned about is crime, is it really an issue there or it’s just in the bad areas?
It's highly debatable Robert. Some people will tell you Pompano is crime ridden. I can tell you I lived there for many years and never had a problem. Crime is everywhere unfortunately but I didn't find Pompano to be any different safety wise than any place else I've lived. I would say the closer to the ocean the better the areas as most everyplace.

Almost made the move to Miami two years ago but realized that even after the obscene amount of taxes one pays in California the business and job climate here can’t be beat if you play your cards correctly. Always loved South Florida but I mean it just doesn’t have that international vibe and easy market access to Asia and the world. Just feels idk small. But I do love visiting family down there. Best beaches in the continental US.
Good perspective Chancellor thanks for sharing. Cali is beautiful. Add mountains as a backdrop to some great beaches and it's just beautiful. Aside from the cost of living debate, I think for many like myself it's just a matter of east coast/west coast. I grew up here all my family and friends are here. The areas closer to the beach are really nice. Anything around US1 east is great. Once you get further west you need to be more selective, honestly. I lived there a while back for many years and loved my time there. And this newly redone pier and beach area is a wonderful way to spend the day. Thanks so much for watching Carol! 😎

question... i saw other videos from other people from late march, on st pete beach. And they are all in the water etc etc... So my question is, ..Is it pretty warm/hot most of the year??? from march till mid november pretty much 80 degrees or more??

Great queston...yes...back in the day you could find free parking everywhere. Now they get you. But its pretty convenient and worth it. In Boca, I buy the yearly parking permit for about $60 which lets me park at South Beach park and use the bathroom facilities and showers. That's the ticket right there!

It definitely has it's rough spots (like many other Broward cities) but areas east are nice and the new pier and beach area is awesome. Hope to see you back down! 😎

I've lived in Pompano for about 3.years and I would not recommend it. There is almost total lawlessness. Its like the wild west and the sheriffs department is helpless

Seriously consider Hollywood. Nestled between fort lauderdale and Miami. Minutes from international destinations from two major airports.
I’ve been in Pompano Beach (from NYC) for the past couple of weeks and I’ve been searching for a condo at the beach from Boca to Miami Beach. I would say that my LEAST favorite area was Hollywood Beach. It is in a great location, but it’s just lacking something. There’s no local color, I think. It’s just lots of high rise condos and hotels. Anyway, I am now in contract on a place in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. Not my first choice, but it’s a cute little town just below PB. Very laid back vibe.

What is an average price for the small house in a safe area near the beach?
Depends X...I've seen condos close to the beach sell for around 300k and a few houses in the 400-500k likely with no pool and not on any water. The closer you get to the beach obviously the more those numbers will tend to go up. Also some may have needed more work than others.

I saw a video where a guy is hired and goes to golf courses and shoot them with a high power pellet gun.
😯They have to be controlled humanely. The FWC has parameters that are supposed to be followed and if not, the person can be charged with animal cruelty.
To expensive to live there, rents are ridiculous and it's not a buyers market.
