Does Shippea Hill railway station have a level crossing?

Once this was the least station in the UK. What a beautiful signal box. The schedule for this station is very poor. There should be at least 2 stoppers a day in each direction (for shoppers, workers as well as tourists). Make it a request stop. Where is the "EMR" train going? Enjoyed the video.
