Back until 2008/2009 Mattamy was ranked #1 but after that he started outsourcing all the trades and now their quality sucks and became a quantity builder from a quality builder. If I can guess your builder is Primont cause in Milton new subdivision are made by GreatGulf Mattamy and Primont. I m looking to buy there now but damn the prices are through the roof , I gotta become a RUclipsr to afford these lol 😂😀
Guys first thing if you have or will have kids...check school rating .... free# public school with good rating very important...not just for learning but for kids friends circle and over all growth...other then that if good community center for extra activities...walking scores for that coz in winter its it's hard and car parking is limited everywhere

How did you find where new construction is coming and how did you manage book a house. What I read is that builder comes up with few houses and there are 1000 applications for it. So it’s difficult that we get that one. What points be considered to ensure a booking is done. If you know any broker who helps in preconstruction houses then please share

Congrats ! Just for comparison the Milton line is single express line made on private land while Whitby line has express with double line functional throughout the day all through the week . There are quite a lot of builders making new houses there too near 412 road . Very near to Ontario lake with trails . Only negative at present is property tax .

if you want to buy house in British Columbia minimum price will be million and house tax will be 6500 to 8500 per year and car insurance will be near to 350-400$ per month. and we are thinking that we are living in most affordable area . but now i came to know gta is cheaper than surrey area

For a couple earning 8000$ per month, mortgage eligibility would not be more than 400,000 $. So its impossible to buy a 7,50,000$ house with only 35 K Downpayment and 8 K monthly salary. What I came to realise that most people do have Downpayment in hand but its the Mortgage eligibility where everyone gets priced out
