Big houses are more affordable in Brampton because of the fact that it is one of the most highest crime rate in the GTA. Most violent place in the city. Theft, gangs, dangerous driving, cars ending up in houses, litters, robbery, high homicides.. Canada Couple, if you really want to educate your subscribers, make sure you also tell them the truth. I am a canadian citizen in Toronto and its hard to see this because I know how messy it gets in Brampton. Actually, WE all know it.

He gives genuine pros and cons unlike other realtors and most importantly he shows very good listings by far and I've dealt with 4 other realtors. So thanks Canada couple for recommending and promoting good realtors.

Initially even I used to do the same mistake of flaunting fake accent and try to imitate them to blend in but I was once told by an American English Teacher himself that nothing puts them off like a person flaunting a fake accent and they sometimes rather make fun of you behind your back for speaking in fake accents with the natives. He told me that you just need to speak clear English without MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) and that's all that matters! Anyway, my comment was just on a lighter note so pls don't mind😉👍
