Sir, when we were calculating the area under crystalline peak we calculated using the particular area using peak analyzer while calculating total area the same curve that we calculated area according to crystalline has different area as we just taken base line so some peaks are very above the base line thus shows high area..how this is possible?
nice video sir , degree of crystallinity is 11.75% , is there any unit associated with this 11.75 % , and how to calculate amorphous content from this method. can we consider the rest of the content is amorphous i.e 100- 11.75= 88.25% ?
Amazing video.....
Thank you so much......

Thank you so much. so useful
for the baseline, is it reasonable to use a linear line? can you comment on that please?
thank you so much it is so useful!!!!

can you please make a video on SEC cromatography data analysis

Can we get License origin software?
can i have the Powerpoint presentation at 0:56
Can you make a video too
