No matter what part of the Venice, North Port, Sarasota area you want to move to, we'd love to help! Call or text our team at 941-221-1897 or email us at heydymuench@gmail.com
The developer of Wellen Park is taking unfair advantage of the residents. There are excessive reclaimed water fees, CDD fees, higher and higher North Port taxes. The developer wants Wellen Park residents to pay for the widening of River Road (which isn't in Wellen Park). The residents have lawsuits against the developer and he is charging the residents for his legal fees. I've lived in Florida for 40 years and this is the worst developer in my opinion. I'd look at a non Mattimy developed/built community.
Where have you seen this? We've driven all over Sarasota County and haven't seen traffic add much more than 5-10 minutes to a drive in peak hours compared to times when there's no one on the roads.

Thank you for all your information
No problem 😀
Great Video. Well Done
Thanks Susan!
What justify the price difference between west port and wellen park?
There's a bunch of factors such as location and amenities. I think it's something we should make a whole video about actually 👍

Have you done any videos on Cedar Grove?
Not yet, but we're planning on it 👌
Sarasota County is getting overpopulated with five-minute drives now a half an hour.
