Bryan a really interesting doc man. I have never known of this art form. The video and pictures worked well together. This series is great. I’m sure you are learning more about yourself while conversing with all these artists
soulstart89 learning about myself, others, and photography in general. Love connecting and sharing these stories and doing something different.
Bryan Birks I feel you. It reminds me of ted Forbes “art of photography” series.
Bryan, you're an awesome cultural documentarian. I hope you continue to create such important work.
I feel like I just watched something out of the ordinary. Such a touching feeling watching this short film/personal documentary! Absolutely big beautiful thing!
Glad you enjoyed it!
I enjoy all your stuff, but this series is the mad note! Love it - keep it going, Missouri represent.
New one coming out soon!
Just fabulous, both of you!!
Thank you!
What a great doc! I love Travis' craft and his philosophy of it. And those portraits are beautiful, especially the ones you shot inside with Tmax
These portraits are gorgeous 👌🏽
Thank you! Cheers!
This man is a tremendously gifted artist. Thank you very much for showcasing him.
Great documentary video and photos Bryan!! Really like how you merge both documentary and analog photography into one. It's not only just showing the quality photos you made on film and also letting us to explore and learn about the rare artists with their rare art forms we have never heard/known about!
Alex Chrysler thanks so much! Just doing my best to bring something different to the table 👌🏻
this is tight man. images capture his spirit very nicely. subbed
Appreciate it dude! Saw your post on reddit about cross processing. Super interesting 🤘🏻
This is such a great video man. I have just discovered you (need to thank RUclips algorithm) and this made me miss printmaking so much. I am a photographer but I studied print-making and book binding. I have not practiced it since school ended because I didn't have the money and I got diverted from it. There's not a single day when I don't regret stopping printing. Hi work is majestic and your portraits are great. Keep it up!
this is a beautifully done video, great work.
Thank you!
i really enjoyed the BW portraits.
Amazing video! Travis is one of the coolest people I've met in my life. And those photos are incredible. Love this series, will look forward to seeing more!

Nice one man. You using the 110 2.8?
Yep! And the 65mm for some shots.
Dude turned out great!
Thanks my guy 👊🏻
Lovely Bryan, beautiful stuff. What B&W stock did you use? Killed it
TMax. Per usual!
I really enjoy these segments that you do. Please keep them up I love your input. I hate to do this but I have to trouble you with a question. I just received the Sekor 50 C for my rb67 in the mail and when rotating it in my hand I hear something rattling around. Is this normal for these lenses? The rest of the lens including the glass is in mint condition with no scratches whatsoever. I’m feeling a little bit bummed right now because I am not sure if I should return the lens or not. Any knowledge whatsoever would be clutch and greatly appreciated🙏
I actually have no clue what it could be. Shoot a test roll through and see what happens!
Bryan Birks definitely will. Thanks dude!🤘
oh heeey kitty kitty
Came for the documentary, stayed because of the cat x)
Good Job you really captured some nice images ;)
Thank you!
