Timeshare Accommodation
A timeshare is a property with a divided form of ownership or use rights. These properties are typically resort condominium units, in which multiple parties hold rights to use the property, and each owner of the same accommodation is allotted their period of time.

They tired to get us to go to a timeshare presentation during my Spring Break in Orlando... Just like Diddy gonna wanna Party, but you gotta just tell them noooo!

100 % I wouldn't recommend wasting your time with aggressive sales agents.
How long was the presentation? I've been told it's two hours but YT videos from 5-6 years ago are citing around 4 hours.
Sorry, wrote this comment while watching and saw that it was 3.5 hours all said and done. Sucks the sales agent was very rude by the end.
Hey, yeah it was abt 3 to 4 hours total. Could be longer too. They give you 150 cash and pay for your taxi to and from your hotel if you sit through it.
Yeah no worries, she became standoffish at the end because we didn't purchase.

facts. i will never understand them. what's wrong with booking things when you want and where you want etc. with no strings attached. its like leasing a car but you can only drive it on certain days haha.
Its like they are basically trying to get you to pay a subscription for a vacation that u haven't taken yet. Just a way to get ure money monthly and then guarantee that when u do take a vacation it will be with them. They structure it so it makes sense to you and then charge u an arm and leg that u can't get out of when u finally recognize it's a scam. They also will offer a nice gift to sit through the presentation to lure you in. Sorry for all the folks that are now trapped in these scams.
Yep definitely agree. How they are allowed to operate and get away with their pyramid schemes is unbelievable. I'd stay away from these ppl.
@@jerrivlogs yea jer, its crazy. the sacrifice you make for your viewers is uncanny! peoples time is precious. you're right. i feel bad for the people who make their families go through this and the presentations for a few "free nights". man if money is an issue to these people. work one day overtime and you're covered lol. thanks jer for making these videos. they are super helpful and makes us realize how bad these things are. whats funny is you can find good deals (on airbnb/vrbo/ebay) from timeshare owners that try to offload random days. i used to find some killer deals on wyndham bonnet creek in orlando on ebay of random days that owners or management were trying to make up some money from.
i understand what you're saying about the shadiness of it. they target dreamers with no money and older people with money who they can manipulate. its funny when you do stay at certain places that have presentations. i try to warn people to do research of where they are staying to see if they have any parknig fees/parking passes etc. and if the desk person tells you do get your free gift or parking pass? i tell people to just nod and say no thank you and go directly to your car to get to your building/hotel room.
honestly the whole vibe of it gives me anxiety because we all know what they are about. i wish there was a timeshare series of someone going to all the timeshare resorts in orlando and attending and filming the presentations. haha. it would be so cringe
I went to one 2 days ago. I think it makes sense with a big family, go out every year at least 2 weeks, can book low season (high season needs to book 10 month ahead).

Why do people keep attending these presentations ? IT IS A BAD INVESTEMNT. You will buy something you can't ever get rid of. DONT DO IT !
