- In this video we have a trolling session at lake Toollondo with one of Zephyr's mates from school, Jackson. He had never caught a brown trout before but he caught quite a few on this day and a bonus big redfin too ! We simply trolled tassie devil lures with a bit of Strikerz nuclear pilchard scent smeared on them.
We hope you enjoy our videos.
If you like our stuff, please like, subscribe or leave a comment ! See you all on the next one, cheers Al and Zephyr !

Nice, I have to make a trip there for a troll in the kayak. I remember hearing about it as a kid probably on the radio (Rexy had a fishing radio show?) then I drove past it for the first time last year.
@@yep.fishing yeah I think you would love the place!

Thanks mate !!!
Great sesh Al, also great to see this fishery make a comeback. Once one of Vic's best brown trout fisheries.
If we can keep some water in it the trout are going to get very big again
Awesome day out, love Tolondo.
Thanks for watching, we love Toolondo !
Great vid
Thanks so much !!
Are there many Redfin in there
@@jackknight8203 these doesn’t seem to be heaps of Redfin there as yet but they will breed up quick
Thanks !! Lots of other fish too but couldn’t put them all in or the video would have gone on way too long lol
Is there any good land based spots for a fish there
yes the landbased fishing is very good, I also did a video catching trout on soft plastics from the shore which I will put up next week. The west bank has good access to deeper water and is ideal for casting lures/plastics, fly fishing and bait fishing
@@wimmerafishhunters thanks sounds like a great spot
sure have but yiure harraseing and teseing and bullying the fish byonly puting them back
