Teddy's full name is Theodore. His father's name is Leon. The "Dore" in ALD is pronounced exactly how one would say the final syllable of "Theodore", as is the "Leon". No fancy accents necessary.
The only word which isn't straight English is "Aime", the French word for "Love"

The v1 has always been my favourite new balance, but out of this pack the v3s are perfection. Shoe of the year.
I was never really into NB but I know quality when I see it...So sweet. That suede is unrivalled
I'm really looking forward to the other 990v3 colorways coming.
NB has always been a thing I remember from as far back as the 80s but their steady and consistent rise over the last few years is quite interesting
I have 6 new balance bc he’s ! The 2002r, 550, 990v3, 992, 57/40, and the 327! Love all them , the premium materials are so nice ! And all wide foot friendly, my 992 and 990v3 are both made in the USA and god are they buttery ! 😍 jordan wishes

The V2 is amazing I wear it every other day
As a DMV native I’ve had countless pairs of the V3s over the years so I wasn’t as interested. I hit on 2 pairs of the V2s and as Hes said they are of amazing quality. I’m genuinely surprised the resell isn’t thru the roof on these. I’m sure if it had been labeled as an ALD collab the hype beasts wouldn’t have eaten them up.
thank god resell wasn't high on these. I still don't understand why resellers go through the trouble for a $30 profit each pair tho

I just got the 990v1s and they’re awesome in hand. Kinda wish I got the 990v2s tho. I also copped the sweatpants from the collection, and they’re great quality, but they run long and are very pricey

yeah made in USA or UK have better materials but noticed they don't last long though... soles on mine completely separated after a year or so... :( nice but don't last long

Another knockout from NB. Their quality is second to none, though a bit pricey. I like the pride they take being made her in the US.
Another great slept on brand is Karhu. The quality on every shoe they make is on par if not better than NB and great colorways

Why you didn't lace the 990v2 properly? If you show them unlaced we are missing the whole shape and design of the shoe.
Do you clean that? Suede the same way you would clean regular shoe suede because that's the way it is a little bit more hairier

V3 looks kind of chunky for a low cut. V1 looks clean and simple but V3 looks interesting/versatile. Did YEEZY rip off this suede and mesh look?
How does the 991 grey compare to the other classic 99X pairs? In some photos it looks a little tan than grey.
Question I’m looking to get the v2 but I don’t know about sizing, would you say it’s comparable to the 550 and I should go down a half size? My normal size is 11.5 in the runners portion of NB but I tried the 550 and 11 is good for me with good toe box space I have normal width feet

I ordered a 996v2 and returned them. I found they ran too narrow and didn’t feel as comfortable as my 574. The padding around the heel was too bulky also and seemed like they would most likely cause friction and blisters.
How are you liking the 574? I am thinking of picking up my first pair!

Only brand worth buying! I have several pairs, and I really wanted the 992, but had to settle for the 990V5. I live in Norway, so we don’t get all the models. And NB doesn’t ship here, but to Sweden and Denmark😭😭😭 Chinito ka ba?

I've always loved NB but I don't like the originals just the hiking ones
I like v4 the most I think, with v2 close behind. I got all the “Made” retros last year. They were so nice. I like the v1 but it’s way overpriced for what is essentially a nicer 574. V1 is a $150-$160 shoe at most. Zero tech. I dunno why I don’t like the v3s more.
I missed on all of these but they’re close enough to the ones I already have. Those 991s that Hes showed are super comfy too.

The Made in the U.SA stuff is way over priced. Also the Gore-tex Ultra Boost in black with the red and yellow hits, only went up to size 9.5 U.K or 8.5 U.S- so with my size 10 (U.S 11) I was half a size out- very shortsighted of Adidas to do this- they also didn't respond to my tweets questioning it. Their loss.

I think the suede looks ugly and all the stuff is way overpriced. I wouldn't even mind that if it had some kind of appeal but to me it doesn't. To each it's own I guess. I wouldn't trade my nite jogger for any of those beaches the quality is better in addidas.

Here in the UK NB just werent seen as anywhere near as on par with Nike when (90's) and where (Middlesbrough north east england) I grew up. To this day I see that big N on a trainer and i think it looks lame and cheap af my minds just programmed that way at this point. Which is kinda crazy considering they're so expensive and seen as premium so much in the US. Here they were/are just seen as naff af Nike wannabes lol the only people that really rocked then were lame old teachers who were NOT one bit cool. Kids wouldnt be seen dead in them round my way. I was shocked to learn about the opposite in the US, I still think the designs look SHITE.
