I got the 1080v13 last night, i had to return them. Very cushiony compared to v12. I don't like that it's too soft that i sometimes lost last stability. I was wondering if i should be getting this instead when i get the refund.
Bro bro, what do you recommend for me? I loved the 990 until the recent update. Dont like the latest one. I ordered the 860 v14 and I love them so much that I’m ordering another pair right now. I see that these provide support for over pronation, which is what I have. The problem for me is that I wear size 4E width. I have wide feet.
Use: walking, standing, all day work.
Not used for running.
I got the new 1080s in at work and they feel amazing! Hes you’ve gotta try them you’ll love how soft they feel and how well they fit 👌

Regarding the main 'stability factors' or 'overpronation resistance' : The foam beneath that "plate" line is tuned a bit firmer than what is above that line. Notice that there is more of that firmer/lower foam along the medial (inner) edge, than on the lateral (outer) edge. Therefore, those who tend to roll excessively inward have a bit of protection. It's much less overbearing than some of the older methods where NB might just add a rock-hard chunk of plastic along that inner (medial) edge, to prevent any collapse, whatsoever. Also, that "plate" is actually something less rigid than most things we would typically refer to as a "plate". Net result is meant to be somewhat stable, without losing (giving away) too much softness.

Yo @HesKicks I’m looking forward to the new 1080 V13 , however I’m a max cushion fan as well, hard to compare these when your daily is More V4 or Super Comp V2 🤷🏼♂️.
I think that 1080 13 will be the perfect daily like office shoe or daily work shoe , couple more days… but then the MORE V5 will drop and then what 🤷🏼♂️ugh … lol

These look so squishy, I can’t imagine how much stability I’d get. I think they’d affect ankle stability.
I found a place that has a US13 wide version of the Supercomp trainer v2 in Australia - $320 😮😮 I think I’m gonna order though otherwise I’ll never be able to try them. The 1080v12 wide has been really good but for me - just lacking a little in the cushioning. If it had a few extra millimetres all along it would be really great. Can’t wait for the 13’s.

I don't like my Propel V4 that much for running. Good grip, use it for walking/feet get sore. (More V3 Excellent for walking and if need to run)
