Anyone who was at Battersea, we all know pathetic the location was. Especially when it had to be shut down by some very selfish people standing and blocking traffic from going through.
It wasn't the crowds fault directly. Security didn't have a clue and weren't prepared, there should've been police presence to stop all of the wannabee gumballers and bikers
@@benharding3029 They didn't have a clue?!?!?! IT WAS CLEAR AS DAY, they stopped a garbage truck from getting in to the road, and they made that aware like 100 times and they still didn't move! The London check point looked dangerously unorganised, didn’t see a single police presence and the security would have been massively overwhelmed. Gumballs are usually so well organised but there seems to be drastic error in London!
The police genuinely didn't give a toss. It was like they had no idea it was going on. After the grid shut, there was motorcycles going down the cycle paths and police were just like 👁👄👁 Everything was fine until they shut the grid. Gumball switched off the PA system (I assume for noise restrictions), they should have at least kept grid open until Shmee, JWW and DDE got there - realistically the main people the crowd was there to see.
It was terrible, people were running all over the grid the whole evening, and security were doing nothing about it at all. It was such a mess, good fun though.
Gumball for them is just another car activity nothing national interests, if not police would be everywhere giving security for those driver but not at all.
@@Angelbonilla1982 If they viewed it as 'just another car activity' then they should have been all over it shutting it down, handing out dispersal orders, fining and pulling over any car that dare idle in a vaguely audible way, etc, like they normally do.

I've been teasing myself all day with Gumball clips, while I wait for this video~!
Well done Tim.
I was really excited watching all the stories on Instagram
The stop in London was absolutely shocking! So glad I didn’t go to the Power station. Saw 90% of cars the morning after with no crowds or chaotic traffic
That guy running next to you 28:32 😂 lots of energy surrounding Gumball!
he was getting some quality rollers lol
‘Taking six cars sounds simple…’ er no it sounds mental! You are nuts for adding that logistical nightmare to this trip! 😅
Absolutely loved the rally through Ripley, thanks Shmee for the video!
My pleasure!
Shmee150 is a rock star
Mate, I do not envy you, that last bit in London looked like disorganised carnage! I genuinely felt for your safety! Well done for putting on a brave face! 👊❤️
So happy to see the Zenvo being driven. Really looking forward to it getting a spanking in Germany. Stay safe
What a chaos. I was actually thinking of have a look today in Amsterdam. But I knew the chaos would be so bad. Will see your video tomorrow anyways haha. Have fun.
Saw some of these cars yesterday on the motorway when I was coming home from holiday to warwick. Not sure if it was on the m6 or the m1. Sadly didn't see shmee
I would of lost my sh**! Props to you Tim.
Never been to London before after all these years , can’t believe how diversified the culture is
Anyone who was at Battersea, we all know pathetic the location was.
Eventually they got them out of there but the junction was packed with people who made it get cancelled. (In addition the police told the organisation that it will be shut down if they don't move) It got shut down yet they still stood there! London is just a shithole anyways, they should change the location to something more open lmao.
@@benharding3029 It's a shame how little presence there was considering this is like at least a 5 million dollar event adding together all the entry fees and then you have all the vehicles
The zenvo is such a gorgeous car shmee. I love all of your vehicles and glad you do enjoy them whenever you get a chance. I understand that you don't want to put unwanted miles on the zenvo but glad you do drive it
I was at the ripely castle stop off. It was definitely worth going seeing the cars come in and out even tho some didn’t come
Shmee being super excited and passionate about the event makes the whole thing better. I hope you win the spirit of gumball because honestly you the must pumped guy there this year. Keep up the passion for the content much love
great to see you , the car and all the team at Ripley. Would have loved to say hi but the craziness took over . Enjoy the rest
Thanks 👍
I’m really anticipating the day where he gets to go full send on E85 in the Zenvo
Hi Shmee... was nice to see you yesterday. I was on the bridge over the A1 when you came off the A66, I hope you can get back in contact so I can get the HD Images to yourself. For now, I hope you enjoy the Gumball
Insane (in a good way): The Zenvo shooting flames.
Insane (in a bad way): The arrival into London. What a nightmare.
I’m sorry you had to endure such a tense situation, but you handled it very professionally.
Thanks for the amazing Gumball content so far. I can’t wait for the remaining videos.
I might love the Zenvo but why did they put Seat mirrors on it? They look exactly like the ones on my Ibiza 😂
The Zenvo looks epiiiicc 🎉🎉
Absolutely mindblowing scenes ... Well done
Absolutely poor crowd control in London makes it look like an amateur company running it.
6 Shmee mobiles on the Gumball is gonna be crazy cool!
The Zenvo is looking great with all the stickers on.
Insane flames from the Zenvo! 🔥🔥🔥
I find myself smiling through out this whole video seeing how excited Tim keeps getting!
good luck with your adventure at gumball 3000. cheers.
Smart approach to gumball…..not only to u get to experience 6 different cars, u can keep mileage down on all of them!
You are royalty Shmee. The crowds prove it. Great experience.
Excellent vid captured the fun and emotion of the start and the first drivers
Awesome video❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️your tsr is amazing🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Love the colour.
When does the video of Amsterdam come?
From what i saw, i like people like the ones in the checkpoint way more than the london by night ones.
Tim, the OG of car spotting. Keep bringing the content.
The London check point looked dangerously unorganised, didn’t see a single police presence and the security would have been massively overwhelmed. Gumballs are usually so well organised but there seems to be drastic error in London!
The police genuinely didn't give a toss. It was like they had no idea it was going on. After the grid shut, there was motorcycles going down the cycle paths and police were just like 👁👄👁
Everything was fine until they shut the grid.
Police was assisting just stop oil.
You are doing a great job shmee. You never dissapoint and I’ve been watching your video’s since 2011. Love from Belgium 🇧🇪.
