They're beautiful, and I like the template for the keyholes. For smaller things with 2 mounting holes, I take a photocopy of the back and use that to get the placement.
That's a great tip. If I had already made something and needed a copy they that's a smart move. I try to remember to make a template while I already have my tool set up.
Those are awesome! Great job! Also, great way to introduce the idea of cutting a template for the hanging. It took me back to watching late night TV during the 90s! Keep up the good work, love your videos!
Those are really sharp looking. Now you got me thinking how they would work for corner shelves. 3 brackets total. One near each end and one in the corner to support where the shelves are mitered together. Thank you for sharing.
Bro that's freaking awesome right there, super stronger than you think, it always amazes me how much stronger your work is then you think, great video and really like the design 👍 👏
I think we as makers generally over build stuff. Nothing wrong with that. I knew they'd be strong enough, but I was looking at that prototype and started wondering about how strong it really is. Might as well waste an evening figuring it out! 😂
Amazing looking shelf. Could also do through holes between the brackets for the wall mounts, if you didn’t want the key holes. But looked plenty strong during your test with key holes.
Hey, Tim. I have the same router table and Billie has come up with a simple solution to a big problem with this table. If you are routing several identical pieces at the same setting or perhaps even one long board, the setting that you have set might change slightly due to vibration. A subsequent version of this table has a lock for the setting, but a piece of blue tape is much cheaper than buying a new router table. See, Billy is not just another pretty face!

Wow, the round overs really made this project pop!
I think so too! I liked the style in general but then after it was rounded over it went to a whole new level.
I like the design and choice of wood.
Appreciate it. The design formed on its own as I messed around with material. I let it do its thing.
That design is clean and killer
Thanks! A bit different than usual for me and I'm so glad that I did. I may want some other rounded pieces in my future.
Very beautiful can’t believe how strong they are
Looks great!
Thanks, these were a blast to make. Plus, I REALLY needed them.
Great work.....so much better than brackets. Enjoyable and informative video.
Beautiful piece!
Michigan man does a great job. Nice work Billy boy.
Much appreciated. And my desk is not as cluttered. It was getting unruly with all of my "precious" artifacts. 😂
nice change from all the floating shelves around
Amazed at how strong that keyhole was!
Me too!
Very impressive shelves. Clean and minimal. The round over profile and winged-accent at the horizontal-to-vertical transition look great. Well done.
They look beautiful! That design is great.
Thanks, I'm really enjoying them in the office.
Awesome result!! Great work!
Another great video Billy!
Thank you, sir. Couldn't have done it without my sponsor. 🤣
These shelves are beautiful. Congratulations on a great build and an ingenious design.
That looks real nice like. Awesome out of the box thinking
They look so good! Great work!
I love how they turned out.
I LOVE THE TEST!!! Good video.
It was silly and fun. Thanks for watching!
Freekin awesome!!!
Thanks!

You can buy template for the low low price of absolutely free! Callers are standing by.
Awesome build! Thanks for using Rubio!
I'm really happy with the finish, especially the speed of the application. It made that walnut come to life.
lovely build. I just love it.
Very nice project…and great sponsor segment. Glad I found your channel. +1 sub ! Cheers from Ontario!
Hopefully you enjoy the recent content and the upcoming videos!
They look really nice.
Much appreciated. It's a different style than some of my other projects. I dig it.
Loved it!! Nicely done.
Thank you! So glad I made them.

Pretty cool!
Love love love it!
Thank you!
Amazing job
Thank you, sir. But I couldn't have made it happen without the sponsor of this video. 🤣
Hey Newton, great build, really nice design. Walnut was a great choice. Amazing how much weight those joints took. Thanks for sharing
That was fun. Obviously not scientific, but it was scientifically awesome!
Beautiful 👍
Thanks, I can't complain about that walnut. 🔥🔥
Those look awesome!
Thank you!
Love the design and the build!👏👏 Is there any chance to be able to buy the plans for this one?
Very nice! I might borrow the idea but use either maple or ash for the shelf itself, just to have some contrast.

Very, very nice! I wonder how much more weight they could handle with the installation of keyhole hangers, not that it seems to be needed.
Amazing looking shelf.

Awesome design. I wonder how that would look with maple shelves on the walnut brackets.
wonder how thick is the walnut shelf?
what would be the strength if you cut the whole bracket out of a single piece of wood?
What is the purpose of the blue tape on your router table?
It prevents my router lift from moving up or down due to the vibration of the router.

Your fingers got a lot closer than I’m comfortable with during the pattern routing. I would at least use a push block.
