In one of the ipman series I watched, ipman had a duel with an old man that sells stuff at the aupermarket. He told the man he can only duel with wing chu. However, the old man tricked him and convinced him that it is OK to modify his wingchu. He thought him those tricks. When he came back from school, he dueled with his colleagues and family at home but they didnt approve of his style and warned him not to adulterate their wing chu

These one way fights always get old real quick. I used to love watching Bruce Lee movies when I was a kid, but even back then, it seemed like Bruce never got hit more than once, maybe twice in a fight against many. Not very believable anymore.
