How I made this crochet skirt using scrap yarn (simple tutorial)

This is how I made this crochet skirt. I don’t have a full pattern or tutorial as I made it up as I go along, this video is just me talking you through it so you can make you own
The skirt is:
Completely customized
Only requires yarn
Can be easily adjusted to fit any body type
Can be made with any size or type of yarn
A good way to use up scrap yarn
