So far, eye opener ..... eat within an hour of waking up. I am very guilty of not doing this. Exercising, chores... and then its 3 hours since I have woken up. Won't do. Gotta eat earlier ! Good info here.
This is crazy. if you have a TDEE of 2400 and you have a daily deficit of 300 calories, that is going in every 8 days one day without food. Which adds up to going 46 days each year without eating.
@@mhammondsub4 thanks for your feedback. 46 days without food doesn't sound like a small deficit. Looking at the TDEE formula, getting your metabolic rate up would be a more logical option to ne, having the mindset of eating to perform instead of don't eat to lose weight.

The vid isn't saying to starve yourself. It's a slight calorie deficit.
