    Wow, this video came out just exactly as I was over with sickness and missed a whole week of running. The weird thing that happened to me though is that I ran better after missing a whole week of running. My easy run became much faster at a much lower hr.

    Good video. Thanks. It might seem unnecessary, but being on YT, you may want to mention age, and severity of illness. Broke my tibia at age 54 and it took 12 weeks before resuming training.

    And i am 80 and missed 4 weeks (although walked 15 to 20kms a day and did aqua and strength work). Love to hear your views on return of older runners

    Traveling is a nuisance when you're training. Fortunately, most hotels have fitness centers with the equipment I need so that I don't miss training.
