Chiew, Have you ever tried making pound cake loaves in your unox oven ? I have a Unox oven, ( Unox BakerLux ) and so far, i haven’t been able to make my loaf-cake recipes work. 😔 . If you have any suggestions , that would be so helpful.🙏🏼 thank you.

have you ever coated the muffin tins with the cinnamon sugar before you bake the cruffins vs coatng afterwards?
I never tried. I doubt the sugar will stay, instead it might have melted.
