From what I heard from a friend dark falz rank 2 will only be 4 players have a 20 minutes time limit , dark falz will be level 60 and there is a fail condition if the team as a whole is incapacitated 5 times.

Oh you poor innocent soul. Sadly NGS's endgame is very boring. This fight is literally the only cool thing. Other than that, there's nothing cool about fighting the same damn things just with different colors and some sparkly purple. It really sucks to have to say it, but there's just no value in sugarcoating it. Take this from someone who's been active at the endgame in NGS and who's played PSO2 JP for many years.
We still have no real idea mainly thanks to the NGS story being rather shoddy. However the main enemy being fought this time are called DOLLS. And the people of the planet Halfa decided to call one of the biggest nastiest DOLLS 'Dark Falz'. And said Dark Falz apparently attacked 500 years ago in the NGS story. Also said story happens 1k years after end of PSO2. Make of that what you will.
Its a dolls the people of halpha came to call dark falz. The right questions would be Why they call it that? Where did they get that name? (Asuming theres a good reason for that and it not just being more shortsighted bad writing)
