    Hey great video, thanks !
    I'd love to see an in-depth review and applications of the control panel which is a bit overwhelming for a beginner ;)

    so it can run 2 pairs of studio monitors separately? if yes then Mains has to be muted and 2nd pair will be controlled in line out volume settings?

    Probably a bit pricey for me, but it did sound very good indeed. That was a classy little jingle you created for them.

    Looks nice, but for that price I would have thought they could have added a Midi input

    I'm thinking you need to sample the sound of the button rotating. It sounds like there's a song in there somewhere.

    Pat not to squash your excellent review of this fab interface but I bought an Antelope Audio 'Zen Go' in 2021 took it home all excited, unboxed it and something was seriously rattling around inside. So back to our local music chain Long& McQuade for another, I opened the box to make sure and it too was rattling, so I opened another ,then 2 more so after 5 the sales staff were shocked! I thought NO Go pardon the pun. That's when I settled on my Moto M4.

    I have Rodecaster DUO. Is it necessary to upgrade to Zen Quadro?

    Hi Patrick...Ive recently decide to start using a U-Phoria UMC1820 instead of my 2 input Focusrite. All 10 of the input channels are visible but where are the outputs to assign each track to the channels to the mixer?

    Is the audio interface suitable for guitarists who need very low latency for amp sim play? How low can the latency go with this device?

    Hi! What kind of guitar did you use? The first and second in the demo?

    Does it support midi-in/out? Was considering an upgrade from my Focusrite Scarlett 8i6 - I rarely use all of the I/O but need the midi.

    • @TheGaragebandGuide
      @TheGaragebandGuide  3 месяца назад +1

      No - it lacks MIDI in and out. If you’re on Mac the Motu ultralite mk5 may be a good alternative.

    Does the software work with iPad?

    No MIDI interface built in! For that price I think that's a major omission. Also having another layer of software for FX etc may slow down work flow.

    Anything from Antelope is not great i had the zen tour and within a month it was a brick it went in for repairs twice so i had no interface for 2 months and when i finally got it back you guessed it within 2 days it was a brick again so back to the store and they gave me my money back and i bought a universal audio Apollo 2 and after a year i was so impressed with that unit i bought the Apollo x4 and it hasn’t missed a beat now for 5 years sometimes I’m in my studio all day for weeks depending on the project . I will never go back to Antelope, their after sales service was rubbish . So save your money and buy anything other than this product just my opinion of course .

    Perfect for all you iOS cheapskates out there ! I'll pass. I could buy a killer M Audio or Scarlett interface AND a Squire Strat together for less money and there isn't a soul on earth that can tell what interface I did or didn't use. Worse they wouldn't be able to tell I'm playing a Squier!! Plus that clikkity clakitty NOISE reeks of cheapness. Yeah , thats what we want in a studio. Silent luxurious resistant potentiometers on any old quality interface at 3rd the cost (think the tuning knob on a 70s Marantz receiver) or in my case a 14 year old M Audio that has all the same gack PLUS MIDI i/o. These guys will never be UA and they seem to think they can price their stuff like UA Apollo. Made in China, right? ☮
