B&H needs to learn how to give 'em the pickle

I promise the title makes sense! B&H Photo and Video is a huge source of tech and toys and the experience in buying them is part of the experience as a whole. Recently I've been having a difficult experience with them, but rather than get mad, I'm deciding to spark a discussion. Customer service: what does that mean and how do you go about it? Anyone ever been a Farrell's Ice Cream Parlor?
Update: Finally received the proper lock. Will post a look at the lock with the story resolution once I finish a couple other projects.

So, what ever happened? Did they finally make it right and send you what you ordered?

Yes they did, about 2 weeks later. Going to put up a look at the lock and the update in a bit. The lock has been great so far, haven't bought from B&H since then though.
