I have been loving my hair lately, she is getting her thickness back. The temples are doing well with the medication and I am seeing results. My relaxer a month ago was a success, the Mizani for fine hair. The ends were in good shape so less than an inch off. Loving the bangs!

Good evening Dolce. Thanks for the update. I love your hair style. Your hair looks wonderful! As you may recall, in October/ November I had COVID and my stylist trimmed about an inch and 3/4 . She said that COVID really did a number on my hair. Well, I think that I've gained the inch and 3/4 back already! I'm super happy as I get my 9 week relaxer this Wednesday. I have to stop obsessing on length and make hair health my priority; but I'm determined to reach bra strap length soon. Have a great week!

D olce I show up for the humor as well! Lol Your patience has paid off. I love the highlights, shape and health of your hair! I currently am concentrating on maintain my health and length. Self trims again are a game changer. I'm still working on th he correct schedule for me in between relaxer/ color. I'm also monitoring and nursing edges and areas prone to thinning. I feel great!! My hair journey currently is in trouble. I did a big chop and don't know how to get it in shape. Watching your post gives me encouragement. Thank you. I am starting out with an afro. It's a long story of why the big chop happened. It's a little depressing, but I know it will grow back.

Hey Dawn, I love your hair and new hairstyle. I cut about 2 inches of my hair when I did my touch up. I am trying out Mizani butter blend relaxer for fine and color treated hair since I dyed my hair as well. My hair feels better since cutting it but babying it for now to get it back healthy 😁Just love your videos so much and Thanks for sharing ❤️

I would like to again thankyouuuu for turning me on to Theorie haircare products, I still use my joico moisture recovery shampoo and conditioner, and masque every now and then. But lately I've been using the theories' Helichrysum and plum shampoo and conditioner, and my hair feels like, the best words I can come up with is , velvety soft😍!!! I buy several at a time 😆. I have a question, do they have a sulfate free one🤔? I know the other theorie shampoos I bought in the past are sulfate free. It's okay if not, because the results are amazing! Was just wondering.

Yes, that Helichrysum ain’t fakin, so you know I had to share… 😉 Now I did just compare my old bottle to the newer one and you’re right: it now has sulfate. So they must have changed the formula (good catch!). I checked their site and it looks like the multiple Marula shampoos, Fig, Charcoal and Blonde varieties ARE sulfate-free. Hmm… interesting. Again, thanks for bringing that to my attention and mucho thanks for the update! ♥️👍🏾

Hey, Gail! Although oils help to maintain a healthy hair environment to grow hair, I don’t know of an oil that specifically grows hair itself. But I don’t use any special oil or grease and I flat iron once a week.
Do you bun or ponytails for protection?
Hey, Ruby! No, I do not use buns, ponytails or any protective styles on my hair.

Hey, Twinkle Star! No worries! I don’t use traditional protein treatments as I find them harsh and only occasionally use a light protein conditioner (GPB by Aubrey Organics) if I find I need a little protein boost. Also, I never air dry my hair as that leaves my hair feeling super dry like straw.
