Well f***. This ideo has tested my patience. First SV crashed every two minutes, then the rendering bugged, then YT blocked it in every countries due to copyright issues...
I tried to pick up a cover of the song but I became such a fan of the original that I dropped the idea to keep this soft and calm atmosphere i wanted in the first place.

The song choice, the scenes, the coloring, everything is just perfect!! You have me here about to cry wishing with all my strength that Julia really is alive for the s2! We need them together!

Well, since Julia and David started getting intimate, I’m guessing they do it regularly off screen. So when Julia said she’ll knock, he said “Like in room service”, implying that he’s just there for the, ya know. Also, I think he was upset with something about his kids, and that Julia never told him how she knew about it and everything.
David's "room service" comment was because he didn't want to be something she got around to, he wanted more. He was being emotional about it. He goes on to say that he "never expected..." to be falling in love with her. Her reply "well neither did I" says she feels the same way. They are letting each other know this isn't a casual relationship. They are getting frustrated with the barriers to the relationship. He knows she's lying about the school, he's lying to her about spying on her. Despite all the forces working against them, they still fall in love. It was a great love story. So poignant.
