Music! Lights! So excited to see my ol' girl coming back to life!! 🙌
Can't believe all the little things you've had to diagnose and fix to get it to this point. Now I know why all the local (and a couple national) audio shops told me it couldn't be saved.
So grateful I happened to find the right guy with the right knowledge and passion to bring her back from the dead.

Thanks for your time; quite the t/shooting adventure on this unit. A lot of mechanical issues you corrected; looking forward to the tape mechanism segment.

I have a sony XE-8, 1/2 din equillizer. By any chance, could I send this to you for repair? I was told it needed an exclusive chip from Sony. The person who looked at it, did say he was never good at working on these.

hi gonna ask if you've encounter a whining sound on FM band but mostly on lower frequencies starting at 87.5 up to 90 but 91 and above don't have a whining sound. what could be the problem?
