I bought NFS 2015 just for the AE86 when I first got into Initial D. Side Note: The "Karin Futo" in GTA V has "Kansei Dorifuto" (Inertia Drift) written in Japanese on the side in one of the livery options.

Probably, but it was never made for straights (well at least the setup it was put on since the engine itself isn't legal at default, so it was de-tuned for street use). It was made for cornering.

One suggestion- The fadeout at 0:43 kind of ruins the pace of the video. Cut straight from 0:41 to 0::58 and leave that big silent intermission out, but keep that slow fade in.
Dude, record about 3 minutes of footage of uninterrupted driving and drifting in the rain, and then overlay the entire song over it. It'll be awesome. There's another similar video like that out there but the guy sucked at driving.

NJPortugal Initial D really helped me learn about Japanese performance and introduced me to the AE86 Carolla. It's admittedly kinda stupid in some ways, the main protagonist's best friend is a total wannabe and the CGI used for the cars really hurts my eyes sometimes due to how sudden and unnatural some of the flicks the cars make are, but you get to see and hear things you've probably never heard. I never even heard of an inertia drift before Initial D and the show actually takes the times to explain it in layman's terms! God, now I want to watch it again!
