I have same rifle. I had zero problem's. It always shifted!!! It was rings and mounts. First time I broke a alum base!! Second scope Moved in rings! I got steel base then better rings AND RTV glued it! No more problems! But then it was kinda high. I swapped to Leupold Dual Dovetail and LOW RINGS. I HAVE A m8 Leupold scope. Now its perfect!
Dandy idea but, I would probably just put in low height rings. I have that gun in 7.62×39. I have a 3-9x40. Look right through the scope low rings though.
my only beef is the white velcro. as i would avoid white as much as possible in the woods lol. i have black velcro strips left over from when i was doing wire management on my desk however it's nowhere near as wide
Difinitely correct to put the loop side on the stock and the hook side on the riser. My only reservation is... how long with the adhesive hold up to weather and temperature, and possibly oil and solvents? Any update?

That was some trial and error for sure.

For sure. Happy Thanksgiving brother. Hope well
@ToddTheGunGuy doing good sir. Happy Thanksgiving.
Definitely a nice looking cheek rest….bonus being a no drill design. Good luck during gun season!
Thx bro. Have a winter clipper coming in so not sure how it will go
Quick simple way to solve the problem
For sure. Works well too🤙
Good stuff young man!!
Thx and Happy Thanksgiving
Legit! Congrats to the inventor. 👍🏼
Righto🤙
@@ToddTheGunGuy I would like the Velcro be offered in black, so it looks more befitting a rifle.
@@StrictlyPlinking typically the velcro does come in black.
That's just all I had at the moment.
Nice, I like it!!
Works well too
Good to know. I am not a fan of drilling also.
Amen to that

@@KhemBMD For sure a good point.
Haven’t tried with this one but should be able to remove it using a hair dryer. That way you don’t end up marring it up more than the drill holes
Agree. Think that will work fine
How well does this glue-solution hold up ? How does it do in well-below-freezing temperatures ? More information /data needed !
@@johndoe5247 Have not been out in below zero temps. I am pretty sure it was 3M Velcro strips so would be a very good adhesive. No issues to date
Absolutely phenomenal, might need to order one.
Super solid bro. How did you end up. We go out Monday but calling for winter storm.
Seen that guy before 🤔
Heck yea. He came up with a sweet product
Thanks again. @@ToddTheGunGuy
The scope rings are extremely high on that set up

Love mine
They help a ton.
Your rings are way too high to start with.
