CHOCOLATE BUN RECIPE:
10 grams of dry yeast.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
200 ml warm milk.
Mix everything well until the yeast has dissolved.
Add 100 ml vegetable oil.
100 ml warm water.
Mix everything.
Add 8 grams of salt.
Sift 450 g wheat flour.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Knead the dough well until smooth.
I kneaded the dough with my hands.
Put the dough on the table.
Roll out the dough.
Divide the dough into 10 parts.
Roll each piece of dough into a ball.
Place the dough on a floured plate.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Put the dough in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Mix 100 g flour and 60 g starch.
100g melted butter.
50 ml vegetable oil.
Mix well.
Sprinkle the table with a mixture of flour and starch.
Place the ball of dough on the table.
Roll out the dough very thin.
Lubricate the dough with oil.
Now repeat after me.
Fold the dough like I did.
Add 1 teaspoon of chocolate paste.
Fold the dough into a roll.
Repeat after me.
Try you can do it.
Do the same with the remaining dough balls.
It is best to use a rolling pin.
Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cover the buns with cling film.
Let the buns rest in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Brush the buns with egg yolk.
Bake the rolls in an oven preheated to 190 °C for 30-35 minutes.
The buns turned out great!
Puff pastry and sweet filling!
