RECIPE for chamomile rolls with jam and crumble:
130 ml warm milk.
3 g dry yeast (1 teaspoon).
1 teaspoon of sugar from the overall norm (30 g).
Mix well.
Cover with cling film.
Leave in a warm place for 10 minutes.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
residual sugar.
1 g vanilla.
1/2 large broken egg.
Leave the other half of the egg for greasing the buns.
Mix well.
Sift 260 g flour.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
35 ml vegetable oil.
Knead the dough.
Put the dough on the table.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Form a ball from the dough.
Put the dough in a bowl.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.
Prepare the topping.
20g flour.
20 grams of sugar.
10 grams of cold butter.
Rub everything well with your hands.
Take the crumbs out of the fridge.
The dough has doubled.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Put the dough on the table.
Form a ball from the dough.
Divide the dough into 8 parts.
The weight of each part of the dough is 60 g.
Form a ball from each piece of dough.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Leave it like that for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle some flour on the table.
Place the ball of dough on the table.
Use any narrow glass.
Soak the bottom of the jar in vegetable oil.
Press the glass against the ball of dough.
Make 7 cuts in the dough.
Make a bouquet in the shape of a flower.
Do the same for the rest of the test.
Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cover the buns with cling film.
Leave to rise for 20 minutes.
Push the jar through the cellophane into the center of the bun.
Put 1 teaspoon of thick jam in the middle of the buns.
I use peach jam.
Sprinkle jam with 1 tsp. sprinkles.
Form the leaves for the bun from the remaining egg (1/2 chicken egg).
Bake rolls in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes.
They turned out great buns!

Но к сожалению, в рецепте не дано общее количество сахара, только 1 чайная ложка в опару из общего количества, а затем в тесто выложить оставшийся сахар... А сколько осталось сахара не указано. 😀
