      @@DrMelissaOleson Thank you! I was curious - have you seen women with pelvic congestion syndrome? I think I have this since my lower abdomen is all crazy bloated and my veins are distended, but none of my doctors know what's going on and they just keep saying "edema" from the pelvic floor dysfunction.

    Amazing workout! I start to understand the breathing mechanism so hope I can do workout safely with prolapse

    Can this be done with an umbilical hernia?

      Great question! I always recommend checking in with your doctor for what is best for you. I have clients with hernia's that do these exercises, but it is all about how they are doing, what they are feeling, and using their core and pelvic floor that is key.
