Thanks to Kashmir Observer for having her there. She is a woman of high values. As you said, torch bearer of Kashmiri lady. She truly is.
Something that I want to say about her. It was 2022 when I had to decide the topic for my dissertation and I ended up taking her and her book (Neither a Shadow Nor a Reflection) in Comparison with an American Feminist. And for that I had to speak to her to know more about her. So I decided to text her first and then proceed. I texted her and got response as well. Then I connected to her on call as well. Wallahi the way she talked to me and heard me I was so so impressed. She's such a pure soul. A lady with vision, compassion and tremendous wit. Three years passed but I still have that conversation and texts in my phone. The way she had responded me by writing "beta... .
I pray for her whenever I remember her. And it's my dream to meet her. And I will definitely meet In Sha Allah.
Prof. Naseem Shafaie is the first lady from Kashmir who took part in "Mushairas". So much to know about her.
Truly an Inspiration.

Also there is other poem by parvven shakir titled" safar ab jitna baki hai" which is about mother and son has a great resemblance with each other
