PM - Simple skin refreshing facial wash, Cosrx snail 96 mucin power essence, Cosrx 0.1% retionol and Cosrx advanced snail mucin 92 all in one creme
I'm 33 and everyone thinks I'm 23 .. I already have a baby face from before but since a year now I've been putting some effort to start taking care of my skin and I look even younger now. A few months ago, I was asked for my ID proof when going to a pub with my friends because they did not believe I'm 33.
You don't really have to break your head and follow a 5 skin care routine if you don't want to..it's not a must. But most importantly one thing that you shouldn't miss is DON'T SKIP SUNSCREEN!!! This is non negotiable. It will really do you good in the long run ❤

Dr.aanchal i have doubt.... Salicylic acid, niacinamide acid, retinol these all things how to use in a week... For oil skin.... I mean to say... These all serums should be used 2_3 times per week.. But altogether which day which serum we have to use??

I achieved glowing skin without acne by:
1 - Consuming 7 glasses of water daily
2 - Working out for at least 20 minutes every day
3 - Using littelxtra rice berry vitamin C face serum and riceberry sunscreen each day
4 - Reducing spicy food to once every week
5 - Using pure aloe vera gel at night
Doing all this regularly for 2 months resulted in beautiful, glass like skin.

Hello Dr, using facial oil in the evening. Having normal to dry skin on the face ,very dry body skin, sweaty also. Is it ok to use retinol with peptic serum in the night. Can you suggest chemical free retinol serum along with combination having deep wrinkles on forhead and dark patch on ther side of the cheeks. Than you for such informative videos.
