I always bike through Locust Point when I come to B'more. I was impressed with Charles Village also. It has that University vibe. Considered buying a condo there but the nearest Italian restaurant is 5 miles away.

My husband and I are considering moving to the Locust Point area, but he fears that the water front may attract large numbers of rats. Does anyone know how bad the rat situation really is there?

@Charlotte_Martel My team and I are in Locust Point each and every week and we really don't see rats. The neighborhood is very clean and the homeowner take a lot of pride in their homes. Let us know if we can help in any other way please.
