The warmth within the family overshadows the coldness of the concrete home. I see more life here than those nicely decorated home

The split roof is a great idea. And by locating the living area on the 2nd floor creates a nice mezzanine space and double volume effect. It is nice to see an open concept devoid of partition walls on the 2nd and 3rd level. And the incorporation of some materials from the old building.
I like this house the exposed concrete, the space, the air flow, and the high ceiling

This house is so amazing and cool! I love that dad he seems so wholesome and likable. What a great home for those children to grow up in. They're a blessed family. The only thing I would have changed is painting the indoors from gray to white or sage green to add more brightness to the space!

This home is sooo beautiful. The thought process that has been put in building this is just marvelous and soooo pleasingly creative . I cannot mention enough but it is one of the most beautiful houses I've ever seen.

I love Love love love everything about this place! House is not fussy, it’s simple and very warm. I love the use of concrete juxtaposition against the old yellow door And then the old style piano. Everything in this house is about high quality of life and I couldn’t even spot the stupid Tv. And there are sports things to do inside the house and music and games as well as reading and socialising. This is truly a family home

I love this house design! Out of hundreds other houses that I saw, this one is my favorite. Easily repairable with visible but not noticeable conduit piping, stacked bathrooms on every floor, linear staircase (I hate spiral staircase with a passion), natural ventilation and sunlight, no courtyard (I don't like them), laundry room on the same level as the bedrooms and last but not least bedrooms on the ground floor! Practicality and simplicity
I like that the bedroom were all in the first floor. It's a timeless design and great as a house to live in as you age.
i felt in love with this work ...amazingly creative n full of variety of spaces for every one in the house adding wonderful experiences to day to day life especially for the growing kids . Its not a show piece or a thing to be maintained only but to live the life to the fullest if you are here. Brilliant one indeed.I am so happy after watching it.

Amazing! The decision to have the living space at the 2nd floor makes a lot of sense. It made me think of how I’d have my own house built.

From the first moment I saw the slide, I knew this had to be good! Despite all the concrete, the plants bring much warmth to the space, as does this beautiful family living life to the fullest and taking full advantage of every inch of space.

Steel and concrete, colored by plants. Open spaces that leverage the sun light.
I'd just put the house in a bigger lot, with trees, garden and vegetable garden. An open space with grass to my dog.

@Marcos; if you have a bigger lot then the luxury of space came to play. You need not cramped everything within the limited space. You could expand, but still with same ID concept and Architectural brief.
