Wow ! So once again I’ve paused your video at the beginning, simply to say that for the last few years my sister ( along with prawns and smoked salmon) has made mackerel pate as a starter for her Christmas dinner.

Keep the skin on, it is loaded with Omega 3 and the bones are soft when blended, full of calcium. Waste not want not. Been making this for decades. xxx
