I'm just now getting into software testing in the IT field, and Mr. Bach's lectures and presentations have greatly shaped the way I have approach testing and problem solving. He's very intelligent, but also open-minded, willing to do things against the flow, not by the book.

Interesting, he mentions the three qualities that convinces his customers he knows what he's doing when he talks about vision of expertise: see, feel and understand. Translation: consider ethos, pathos and logos.
