A Context-Driven Approach to Automation in Testing

James Bach is one of the most influential and inspirational software testers in the world. He is one of the founders of the context-driven school, he is the creator of Rapid Software Testing, Session-Based Test Management, and one of the progenitors and advocates of skilled exploratory software testing.
Based on the principles in the book Lessons Learned in Software Testing: a Context-Driven Approach, his approach to testing begins with personal skill development and extends to the ultimate mission of software testing: lighting the way of the project by evaluating the product.
In this interactive meeting James will talk about test automation! Recently he and Michael Bolton wrote an influential white paper “A Context-Driven Approach to Automation in Testing” (www.satisfice.com/articles/cdt.... In this session James will elaborate on his views on automation in testing.
