    Is that the stock selector and you just replace the springs etc and you just painted it...or is that a entirely new selector? As I'd rather not paint mine but it looks like shit

      That’s the stock selector, I just painted it and yeah I just used new stiffer springs

    would spray painting your alternator potentially mess it up? First thing that comes to mind is wires that are now coated overheating.

      Not exactly sure if spray painting will mess it up

      also spray painted INSIDE his fuel injector bungs, overspray inside the intake ports of the head, intake gasket area is not masked off. This is a disaster. Mask everything that needs to seal.

    Hey so do detent springs break in ? Cause I have acuity selector springs , acuity short shifter and just installed hybrid racing detent springs and it’s loekey not that enjoyable lol it’s tight to go in and out of gear especially reverse

      when i did mine i didnt have that issue tbh with you, i understand what u r saying and it seems to me that will all that modification to the shifter assembly is what is making it feel extra tight. when i did mine it did feel tight but not to the point where it was an issue or unenjoyable but it is supposed to be tighter for sure. hope this helps, any other questions feel free to ask

      If you’re driving it daily, there was not point in buying them. If you’re shifting non stop from 45-9k+ rpms then you made the right choice👍 I race in the santa cruz mountains, constant turning and downshifting. My car shifts like butter rather than the icky shifting feel when your driving normal
