  • This is an example of the Wing Tsun Long Pole Form also known as the Luk Dim Boon Kwun. In this example we're showing a version where the origin is a form taught by Sifu Donald Mak and we've changed some small parts.

    Hi, funny you ask, this is the question everybody is asking. This form contains all movements you can do. It doesn't contain any duplication in movement apart from the dipping motion. Every part has it specific goal and it doesn't contain variations with for example hitting low or high. So if you learn this or a similar form which has all the motions you can easily learn other forms which are longer or with more repetetion. So the answer is: yes.

    Sinus, your left fist should point downwards as you point out. Otherwise if got attack you lose your grip. Tks
