- This is an example of the Wing Tsun Long Pole Form also known as the Luk Dim Boon Kwun. In this example we're showing a version where the origin is a form taught by Sifu Donald Mak and we've changed some small parts.
Thanks here in Montreal I don't have a wing tsun school and this is the only way for me to improve my training waiting for next week video
Very good, i have a pole of vacuum 2.5m and i am sick of doing this form every day for 3 days! Thanks Sweden! :) i love it
Hi, funny you ask, this is the question everybody is asking. This form contains all movements you can do. It doesn't contain any duplication in movement apart from the dipping motion. Every part has it specific goal and it doesn't contain variations with for example hitting low or high. So if you learn this or a similar form which has all the motions you can easily learn other forms which are longer or with more repetetion. So the answer is: yes.
Thanks from Germany. Very good video.
Hidden footwork 😂
Sinus, your left fist should point downwards as you point out. Otherwise if got attack you lose your grip. Tks
Is this the whole form ?
which schools form is that?
I mean Sifu, not Sinus stupid auto correction
