Or you can use a Noctua fan and never have to replace it ever again.
Also i would have removed the grill in that metal cover, to much airflow restriction. (and noise)

A faan in a sealed box with no vents ?
Surely that would get hot if you closed the lid
I have a couple of Talentcell UPS modules for my cctv, 7 bullet cameras and dvr, both modules charged from one charger, charges at 1.5 amps during the day, rising to about 2A overnight when the IR turns on.
Best of all, no fans.
