I cut the fenders cause I was going lower 1” more with torsion keys and wanted to tub the fenders. With the 5” drop they do rub the inner fender on har dips with the 295/30r26 tires, so trimming the fenders helps reduce the rubbing
@@MiGo713I have a Yukon Denali too and I was wondering if I’d have to get the zl1 hd hood with the fiberglass on top custom made as well so it fits perfect right?
@@ricardomanriquez1647 Ah ok nice, if you want it to fit perfect you can try finding a original 02 Silverado HD Hood not replica and have the edges trimmed to fit the Denali headlights and the scoop can get molded on top. They do sell them already made with replica hoods and I’ve had them the fitment is not bad at all either but the metal is a bit thinner than Oem from my experience with them.

This one was custom made with a 4” steel cowl, but I’ve seen them go around 1200 with fiberglass scoops
