    Got to love a good dealer service! I've got to get on the Gator soon and do the yearly service. I'll add that to my list of all the other stuff I need to be getting done lol.

    • @ozarksethic
      @ozarksethic  Год назад +2

      It's just aggravating that you pay the "experts" for their expertise and spend more money for something you can do better.
      The list never ends. I tell Libby that I'll live forever if the requirement is to complete the list before death.

      @@ozarksethic I couldn't agree more. I paid a mechanic a few years ago to fix my front hubs on a truck I had because I didn't have time to do it. $500 later and it still wasn't fixed so I took a day off work and found a busted vacuum line and fixed it for $35 myself. Since then Ive tried to do everything myself. I'm with you on living forever because Ive got too much to get done lol

      I'm glad you liked it. I'm really happy with my Pioneer. I had experience with Gators and Polaris UTVs in the Army and didn't care for the reeve's drive setup so when I found out that the Pioneer has an actual automatic transmission, plus it's a Honda, the decision was made. I have several friends with belt driven UTVs and four wheelers who have problems burning up the belts on the hills around here.

      @mountainmangarage7572 10 месяцев назад

      Exactly right. Same here the transmission sealed the deal for me as well.

    Nice video. I just bought a 2020 model. Trying to figure out where everything is to service it . I still have my 2005 Honda rubicon. Still runs great. Regular maintenance keeps them running a long time.

      Thanks, Rick! Hopefully it will. Unfortunately, it is becoming the norm. I had basically the same experience with my truck and my wife had the same with her car recently. I guess I'm going to have to invest in some OEM diagnostic software...

    Great video. However, it is easier to remove the metal housing inside the filter from the machine first. Also you can order a kit with the filter inside for a few bucks more

    its hard to get back in with spring - the oil filter - prob why a lazy tec at dealer left out - can see on my video i made with 2021 700-4

      You may be right or it was inexperience. Unfortunately that meant the filter wasnt sealing or filtering effectively for the previous maintenance interval. Thanks for the comment and watching. I'll check it out.
