Mando season 2 was basically side quests of him meeting up w other people from Star Wars and it kind of took away from the show being about “the mandalorian”. It also makes the universe too small whenever the same characters bump into each other over and over again. I did not like season 2 that much. Book of boba was just so off and although I tried to like it, it was all over the place and didn’t seem to have a consistent pattern, goal, objective or whatever you want to call it. I am really scared to watch this show because I think that they will ruin what could have been during this time period, and instead of having it focus on kenobi and his time in exile, which I think is what it should do, it will try to tie in other characters from other movies (not talking about uncle Owen, I think he’s key for this series to work)
I’ll just be happy to see him. 6 episodes, 5 minutes of screen time per episode, means we’ll probably get 30 minutes of total screen time. Hopefully? I know it’s mostly about that chick getting vindication for believing Ben is alive, so people don’t think she’s crazy.

He grew close to a few people in tatoone and even got a marriage offer by a woman who had a tech shop near mos eisly. She really fell for him after how many times he saved her ass. Imagine if Darth Maul Tracked Obi-Wan to Tatooine and heard about what he did with Luke and farmer's family. The Story could be that Maul waits until Obi-Wan leaves and then kidnaps baby Luke. Maul would raise him to be his Sith Apprentice so they can be ready to kill both Obi-Wan, Darth Vader and Darth Sidious. Maul would take over the Empire as Emperor and Luke would take over Vader's position. Both Maul and Teenage Luke would have no idea Vader was his father (Because Obi-Wan was Killed before he could tell them).
@@zanethanbrowning3154 episode 5 gave us reason to think Vader thought his kids died with Padme. Comics let us know he knew the last name in between 4 and 5. Neither knew Luke existed until Luke blew up the Death Star.
A good thing the prequels did is show how powerful and skilled Anakin Skywalker was. It conveys the possible power and force potential Luke could have had and why Obi Wan & the Emperor would want him as a prize of their ambitions.
In the original radio job of Star wars Luke was telling C3PO that one time he and his friends got lost in the desert and it was Obi-Wan who found them and none of them back to the farm. However oh when Uncle Owen arrive back he was not angry at Luke but I've been Kenobi and told him to stay away.
Has anyone tried to explain why they would "hide" the son of Anakin Skywalker by naming him Luke Skywalker, bringing him to Anakin's home planet, to the farm where Anakin's relatives live, where Anakin has been before, and one of his family friends is an old strange man named Kenobi? Not exactly subtle.
I hope we get a scene where obi wan cries a bit after having flashback of Mustafar or remembering the good moments with anakin. Although I'm sure jedi were trained to greatly suppress emotions it'd be nice to see a little bit of human leak from him

Luke would have possibly been on par with Clone Wars Anakin by New Hope if he'd been train properly.
Who wants to see a good Jedi film? We keep hearing about how amazing the Jedi and sith were... How powerful they were yet I feel like in all versions involving force sensitive, something was always missing in fact Star killer Galen was the only one that took advantage of all his skills and abilities showing what we've all wanted to see since star wars first came out hell RUclips only has better much fast hitting choreography saver battles then the actual films. I feel like we've been getting very laxed content while being told what could have by the books, some games, comics and so on
Though I'd LOVE an actual high quality TV series... I'm not confident that's what we are honestly going to get... Like the mandalorian 1st season it was awesome, but as it progressed I saw subtle signs it was going to go into the gutter... being that Disney OWNS the SW universe at this point and the direction Disney has been going over this last little while... I'm not holding my breath...
