You know what's ironic? The fact that King Minos is usually described as a warrior king while the Minoan Culture, which inhabited Crete during the Bronze Age and was named after King Minos, was an icredibly peaceful civilization. They never showed much, if any, ambition to conquer any of their Aegean neighbors, as they usually utilized diplomacy to solve any conflicts, and there are few depictions of warriors and war, all of which (iirc) stem from the last Minoan Period before its downfall which (the last Minoan Period) coincides with the Late Bronze Age Collapse (around 1200BC) - that would be a reasonable time for even the most peaceful society to become more martial. Either way, look more into the Minoan culture. It's overlooked by many and really fascinating!

i had a nightmare fighting it in a mining mine and there was ancient greek music and i killed it :) it was terrifying and after i woke i felt extreme energy and adrenaline i was so happy about dreaming this

I never considered that the reason Theseus forgot the sail was that his thoughts were on Ariadne - guilty conscience much? You have a really good voice for this, and incorporate the music well. Are you retelling it yourself, or do you have a source you read from? It lacked the conception stories for Theseus and the minotaur, but maybe this is for a younger audience.
Thanks for your comment! :) There are indeed many versions of the myth, with some that brush over the general plot and others that delve a lot more detail. I've tried my best to strike a happy medium, knowing that I have listeners of different ages and cultural backgrounds :)
