HI just watching this video can I use gram flour instead of wheat flour and I want to.put potato when should I put this want to try today and make thanks keep.it.up.with your video
Hi, I have never tried it with gram flour before. Maybe you could try with just one and see how it turns out before proceeding with the rest. As for the potatoes, boil or steam them first, mash them and then mix with the mince meat. Proceed to shape your kebabs as per the video then deep fry them.
Your channel has taught me so much, I watched your video on making samosas the first time I made samosas and my family can't get enough these days. I appreciate your videos. THANK YOU.
Thanks for the recipe. I tried it out but I added boiled potatoes that I had mashed with a fork and they were perfect. I also don't like very compact kebabs.
Yes it will be cooked, think of it as frying sausages. They eventually do cook in the middle. And also be careful not to make them too thick because chances of them being under-cooked in the middle are high. On the other hand if you make them too thin they will end up over-cooked and dry. Start by practicing with a few until you strike a good balance and proceed from there.
jikonimagic can I cook the dania for few minutes?I tried today but I didn't like the dania taste, can I use breadcrumbs instead of flour?thanks for the videos ☺
Hi, never tried breadcrumbs before so I can't really say how they will turn out. Yes you can cook the dhania before adding it into the mince meat. I prefer not to cook it because I like its taste and I feel like it will disappear if I cook it too early. Hope this helps, cheers!
Hello @jikoni magic, how do i avoid the egg form when frying a big batch of kebabs, i noticed that the egg keep forming making it hard for me to see how the kebabs are cooking
Hi, thank you for your question. You will add the bread crumbs at the same time that you'll be adding your dhania and the cooked onions and garlic. Basically anything that needs adding, including vegetables, is added before rolling your kebabs ready for cooking. I used all purpose plain wheat flour.
You could try making tempura batter, Google it if you don't know about it, because it has a light, airy, crispy feel to it. It wont be the exact feel of eggs but it will give you almost the same outcome (at least visually).
Hi, I do not boil the meat, I start off with it raw. However, you can check out a video by"Meg at home" It's titled jinsi ya kupika kababu. She starts by cooking the meat first.
+Hassan Ashur Ndio, ndani itakuwa imeiva. Inategemea na unono wa kebabu yako. kwa hivyo uta hakikisha unaongeza ama unapunguza wakati ambao utatumia kuivisha.
Hakuna shida, kuuliza ndio kujua. No, you do not have to cook the meat. it's the same way you fry sausages, they will still cook sio lazima kwanza uzichemshe.

Can I make and freeze them for later cooking, and what point can I freeze them?
Thanks for the recipe. I tried it out but I added boiled potatoes that I had mashed with a fork and they were perfect. I also don't like very compact kebabs.
Yass!!! Someone who shares my kebab preferences! The potato addition is fantastic.
With this minced meat actually gets fully cooked with that coating...OK with the 3 dips can it be still raw?
Thanks so much .i wonder whether the meat will be well cooked if deep fried

Hi, flour coating is only during the first round, thereafter it's just eggs.
