Great Video! I prefer the doux for different reasons; on the ground availability, size comparison, and price. Miche’s sales never offer a, “I must have rn”, vibes. Shipping costs and the fact that it’s a limited edition🤷🏽♀️. I too got my honey bee girl at TJ Maxx and after 2 uses, it easily became my favorite. TFS
The Bee girl what I learned when using it that your hair needs to be SOAKING wet and u don't use a whole lot. It will flake when u use too much. I had to use it a few times to get use to it. Cause I was use to big poppa where u can use a build it up if needed
For sure, used way too much on dry hair. I did that the first time I used it. Came out much better with using just a little right in the shower. Bee Girl needs water. Both sides look good though

Yup for 4C textures aka tighter coils ...Bee Girl works for me, just needs the water.

Glad I didn't see this before I bought The Doux Bee Girl! Read the instructions ladies and gents...water is key before applying, it will give you shiny defined curls that last 😉
The instructions don’t actually say soaking wet hair
If you go to her channel she does say the hair needs to be wet wet wet she even does demos also on 4c hair it works you have to use it correctly @CVCAGirlsVarsityBasketball
The Doux side came out better. I have to pull my Bee Girl back out. Love the foam.

This is so crazy because I’ve tried them both and the Miche did NOTHING for my hair! The Doux is my 4C’s best friend!!! I was giving up on this natural life and getting ready to relax again and came across a video about The Doux. Been with it ever since!
I’ve never used the Bee Girl product but Tropical Oasis is a staple. It is important to use on soaking wet hair. It has never flaked on me. I have used it with both a leave in and without, however use the leave in sparingly. I also use Miche’s Set mousse on top. I absolutely love it and it lasts all week. Miche Beauty recommends either sitting under a hooded dryer or diffusing. I always diffuse. I hate sitting under a hair dryer. My hair last all week, no frizz.

The miche side looks like straw and like the density on that side is less. I like that the doux is 2x the size and half the coat. Haven’t tried either of them.
Thank you for the comparison video. I have recently traded in wetline xtreme gel for the doux bee girl it has great hold and shine. 😊

Not Fair - By the time you got to the Le Doux side, your hair was 15-30 minutes into the “drying process “. It was not as wet as the Miche side.🤷🏽♀️
Also I don’t think this is for her hair type. Her curls are nearly straight.

I would try both without leave in until you know what products it works with and both sides equally wet to be a more fair comparison. Just know different products work for different folks.
Have you tried both products again with more water? I love both products but they both definitely apply much better and easier on wet hair
Yeah you should have been applying more water instead of product! Hair should have been soaking wet.
A small amount of the bee girl goes a long ways, think you needed more water . Bee girl will flake if you use too much of it

Love the Miche side, the Bee Girl will work best with a twist out or braid out.
Rather than a wash and go.

Im kinda suprised that you didnt apply more water, rather than product to see how that worked out. Both sides were lovely though.
DOUX BEE is a life saver! The bonita afro balmx bee girl, all of their stuff works magic plus the unbrush on my daughters long 4c hair!
The final results is what matters!!
Both products recommend that your hair is soaking wet.

The side with Miche doesn't look as shiny to me & somewhat frizzy from the start. I would need the Doux.
I bought Bee Girl from CVS n I like it. Cos I like hard gel cast gels. It makes my curls last longer. N also makes my curls pop. I didn’t know that my hair needed to be soak n wet using Bee Girl. My hair is usually damp when I apply it. So I learned something new today. Tfs I just don’t see myself spending no $23 4 8 ounces of gel. Ijs
i like the doux side, its longer in fuller. maybe use both might help even it out

I definitely used the Bee Girl Curl Custard which I love but I pair it with Bee Girl Crazy Sexy Curl Mousse. But I need to get that gel from Miche Beauty.👀

What leave in did you use?
Not sure if she used a leave in because with both brands it’s not necessary to use a leave in 👍🏽
Maybe the big poppa gel might work better than the custard… the comparison was a custard against a gel js….

I wasn’t impress with the curl custard from honey bee 🐝 either😢. Ughh the mousse was good but curl custard a mehhh😩. I even added additional water where it was soaking wet. Just didn’t work for me. I need to invest in the miche ❣️
