I will have to for sure go back there sometime this summer before they are no more. Sounds like they will be tearing these down in the Fall this year. This building really should be preserved as a historic landmark and not torn down
Exactly. The unique round cylinder shape of this building and the wall insets with the concave circles to resemble a golf ball are the key attributes. And I do think they should start preserving these unique buildings from the 50s and 60s.
These are some great old elevators, sad to see them go down with the building. Interesting how there’s an ADA COP on one side and a non-ADA one on the other.
These are Amazing Beautiful and Epic elevators! First! Too bad these will be torn down in the future 😭😞🥺, where are those elevators located in that mall?
Damn that sucks. Kinda the same deal with 20 Federal Place in downtown Youngstown, OH. They have Schindler Miconic 10s, but the places is currently abandoned and soon going to be completely gutted torn down to become apartments. More OTIS touch down the drain 😢
These are beautiful Otis elevators and I definitely love love those fixtures. But it’s too sad 😢 to see this mall go. Why would these people do that for
My uncle used to see a doctor there
I love those old touch buttons!

Definitely go see this while you can!
My mom used to see a doctor there
Reminds me of the northland towers!
This is pretty cool.
Yeah it is!

It will be sad when these get torn down.
How big is this mall Jason
Gonna miss these elevators so badly once they eventually tear this place down later this year or early next year 😭
That will be so sad.
@@stlelevators Sadly, it's definitely inevitable it's gonna happen at this point, this mall has been struggling for a while but it's really dead now
The building is still there.

They just open into the main mall.
@@stlelevators like where in the main mall?

Darn :(
The lanterns on the 1st floor are very cool, but I HATE the bells
Jason is this a country club
What a shame this building is going to be demolished
