I have this lens for years and had it in for service due to auto focus not working and expect it back soon. My question is, I am looking at the Canon R6 and EF-RF adapter, does anyone know if this lens is fully functional with this set up? Plus if I put the EF extender on the lens then adapted to the R6 will it work fully or partially or not at all?

Yes it does since it has EF and EF-S mount and this lens is EF so it does, but you need to aply the crop factor of 1.6 to aperture and focal lenth

Only if you pay $500 and spin in circles while eating ingredient free bread..
The good news is you can find a used one now for a great deal! I just use a tripod because it's non-image stabilized.
