I have suffered with terrible shoulder pain for months. I had a couple of steroid injections which helped for a short time. The taping methods you showed in this video seem to have eased the pain and corrected my shoulder forward posture. Thank you so much for sharing your expertise.
I carry a lot of plates in my left arm, that my right arm starts to hurt for a month now. After shift I can't even rise my right arm, I need to stretch or yoga every night just to ease the pain but stretching my arms is soo painful. Might try this technique for my right shoulder every time I start my shift. Thank you
He calls him "My Buddy" but I gotta say that I immediately thought, "Son" or "Grandson," as they have the same eyebrows, same nose, same mouth, and more. I could be wrong, and if they're not "kin" kind of related, what a find for them both. ☺
Both my shoulders have massive rotator cuff tears to the point of needing two reverse shoulder surgeries. But looked up who should have those surgeries and it said… if you are in severe pain and can’t lift your arms above your shoulders. I have only a dull ache and can lift my arms just fine. So I’m looking to strengthen my shoulders which need to take the place of my rotator cuffs. I have been using KT tape basically making it so I have them as the rotator cuffs support I don’t have. I like the placement that’s where I need the support so I’m going to try that.
Let us know how you do with the taping! We do have some shoulder exercises on the channel. ruclips.net/video/xQp9rt_4Vig/видео.html If there is any other content you feel would be helpful let us know. Good luck with your shoulder rehab!
yes i will check out the video. i pretty much wear my tape KT pro every day and night. I have to have my husband put it on. he stretches it i hold the stretch part in place and then he does the ends without tension. we have been doing it off of KT directions, i will have him watch your video. is there other placements of tape for full massive rotator cuff tears, that you have? i don't know if you would consider that impingement... Tape does make a difference with less aching and sleeping at night when i have good placement. the tape are my new tendons in so many words.
Your husband is going to be professional at taping with this😁 There is a different taping technique that works really well for that! We haven't done a video on it, but that is a good suggestion for one to do real soon so you can try it out.
Sorry for taking so long on the taping video. We have responded on your request with this taping technique. Let me know what you think! ruclips.net/video/WtFnP8PtTl0/видео.html

Hi I have supraspinatus tear....and I applied kinesiology tape but without any stretch.. Used twice ...for 3 days each time. I don't really know whether working or not... Should I continue and does this stretch is a must.
The tension is a very important aspect of applying the tape. Check out this video for more info on what tension to use. ruclips.net/video/CMxZjmmLRXM/видео.html Hopefully you find that helpful and good luck with your recovery!
Interesting... I'm currently in PT for shoulder impingement. How long does tape stay on? The current course of treatment I'm in is not helping..stretches, massage, and laser.. Am going to inquire if the tape may be an option for me.
Yeah, sometimes it is difficult to make progress very quick with impingement! You should definitely inquire about this with your therapist. You can leave the tape on for about 3 days if your skin tolerates it well. Let me know how it goes!

What happened @1:34? Music just comes in and then disappears after a few seconds.
Haha, it was a rookie mistake. Thanks for pointing that out!

😂 Yes he does!!
Why does this doctor only has kids in his videos?
Because they are literally part of the Geeked Rehab family 😀 The student athletes in the videos are all kids of the Geeked Rehab crew.
Is that Johnny Sins?
No 🙄
Can we go shower with this tape
Yes you can, just pat it softly to dry so that it doesn't start to roll up on the edges too much!
