Incredible We just completed a full detail on a G550 Pegasus. The Gulfstream G550 along with the others in the line up are a masterpiece of imagination, & engineering.
I have to say those guys who do the "Corporate Pilot Life" videos have me convinced that Gulfsteams are TOP END aircraft.
I'd love to see some fancy designs not just the standard 2 or 3 small stripes.

Look how much manual operation there is that takes days if not weeks. Very messy and expensive. The aerospace leaders are doing this with automation, which leads to better finish, material savings, and time savings. This video is impressive from a paint and skill perspective (aerospace paints are among the best in the world). Why not save time, money, material, and the environment and teach your painters how to operate robots which is a incredibly invaluable tool for everyone. Win win for everyone.

how much the paint represents weight on the plane ???... I imagine that it must be a meticulous work so that excesses are not committed !!!!
