i got my mop yesterday and absolutely love it, my floor was a little bit wet but was dry in no longer than 10 mins. all marks were removed and my floor is now white not grey, love it

I love this steam mop. I had the origional one and then recently got the ultra. I love the way it cleans more floors. Much cleaner than with a sponge mop.

I bought this mop and it works great. I just cleaned a stove I bought used and the mop got it completely clean. If you want to save money, then this is the mop for you. Why pay over $200 for a steam mop. That's crazy people. Some people are so picky picky.

@jeevans22 It doesn't leave my floor wet... not any more than mopping at any rate. The water is hot and most of it evaporates right away. What is left on the floor dries up in a couple of minutes.

@guinness61ps3 maybe you need to change the microfibre cloth or a filter or whatever. i have noticed that not all things are made the same when it comes to this type of cheaper stuff because they are usually introducing smth new and dont kno how ppl will react to it, and when they do they have to fabricate more of them quickly. steamers have been there 4 a long time, if u want the perfect steamer u shud look for a brand that has been creating them since the beginning, like karcher for example.
